Every piece carries a Digital Product Passport linking artisan, village, material lot and certification — auditable on the product page, EU ESPR-ready.
Do makers need a website?
No. Their storefront, payments and shipping are switched on day one, on their own domain, from a phone-first portal.
Who holds the margin?
The maker. Buyers deal direct — the platform takes a small commission, not a chain of agents.
Can I commission a custom piece?
Yes — describe it, pick an atelier, and track it from sketch to shipment.
